Letter to the Texas office of Child Protective Agency I am appalled that your office would continue to harass the Parents' of the 400 children that were removed from the polygamist sect's ranch. Give these kids back to their parents and stop KIDNAPPING them. Yes I said kidnapping as that is exactly what you are doing. The decision by the Texas District Judge Barbara Walther meant that to regain custody of their children the 38 mothers who filed the complaint that led the Texas Supreme Court to reject the state's massive seizure must personally sign an agreement. That is a bunch of bull. If the Texas Supreme Court has ruled that the children should be returned because the parents did nothing wrong who are you to impose restrictions on the parents? Sounds more and more like a case of Kidnapping! The way I see this is your agency is using this as a delay tactic in an attempt to find something wrong when there is nothing wrong. State officials have stated that the children could begin being returned to their mothers on Monday and that’s where your priorities should lie. Stop harassing these people because you are scared of them and don't like their religion. You forget this is America. Everyone doesn't have to be the same here. The Supreme Court and the appeals court rejected the state's argument that all the children were in immediate danger from what it said was a cycle of sexual abuse of teenage girls at the ranch. Hummm, you have lost your weak case. Give up and return the children to their parents and stop Kidnapping them! The Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, which runs the west Texas ranch has repeatedly, denied any abuse of the children, who were seized in a raid nearly two months ago. The church officials say they are being persecuted for their religious beliefs and you know what, I now have to believe them. These parents I am sure are saddened greatly by your last-minute snag in an attempt to block the return of these children. Need I remind you that the Third Court of Appeals last week has shown that the state failed to demonstrate that no more than five of the teenage girls were being sexually abused, and you have offered no evidence of sexual or physical abuse against the other children. That makes you Kidnappers! Since you claimed at one point that there were 31 teenage girls at the ranch who were pregnant or had been pregnant and later conceded that about half of those mothers if not more, were adults. One even being 27 years of age. Guess what you are again acting as Kidnappers! I intend to place this letter on my website at http://www.survival-training.info so that the whole world can see what a travesty your agency has made of the Texas legal system and how irresponsible your agency acts in such matters. You are invited to provide a follow-up response in your behalf. P.S. Please get another webmaster to do your website as the current one you have doesn't understand that we now have .info domains and your form will not accept my domain email as info@survival-training.info. P.S.S Your form erred out when I submitted it. You really need a new webmaster that knows what he is doing
